I grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and English from Lake Forest College, outside of Chicago, Illinois. I received my Master's in Genetic Counseling from Brandeis University. I am currently working in a clinical/research role at Massachusetts General Hospital, focusing on mitochondrial disease.
Outside of genetics, my interests & hobbies include: reading, cooking, traveling, tv-bingeing, and spending time with my friends and family.
