I have been with one organization for >35 years, providing pediatric and prenatal genetic counseling, then transitioning to cancer genetics. I have developed career ladders for the organization genetic counselors and am currently Operations Director for a Cancer Genetics clinic. I developed many of my leadership and business skills by volunteering for NSGC, ABGC and ACGC.
