Are you finding yourself becoming overwhelmed with your daily job duties, various projects, and overall career goals? Are you allowing yourself to set boundaries and narrow your focus for the day, week, or month?
It is important to create boundaries in our work no matter how much we want to "do everything" and "be everywhere". It's a slippery slope to burnout, and our passion for and joy in what we do each day should always be at the top of our priority list.
